StagePlay (“StagePlay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Scene Partners LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the StagePlay application (the “App”), including on Apple Vision Pro and related Apple devices.

We are committed to respecting your privacy and designing StagePlay to collect as little personal information as possible.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

StagePlay does not require users to create an account. We do not collect names, email addresses, or login credentials.

If you contact us for support, we may receive information you choose to share in that communication.

B. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, limited information may be collected automatically, including:
• Device type and operating system
• App version
• Basic usage and performance data (such as crashes or feature usage)

This information is collected only through Apple’s App Analytics and is used to help us understand how the App performs and how to improve it.

C. Location Information

StagePlay may receive approximate location information (such as country or region), as provided by Apple, for analytics and operational purposes.
We do not collect precise location data.

D. Immersive & Sensor Data

StagePlay does not collect, store, or process biometric identifiers, including facial scans, eye-tracking data, or voiceprints.

If immersive features require access to motion, spatial, or orientation data:
• That data is used only in real time
• It is not stored, not shared, and not used to identify users

2. How We Use Information

We use limited collected information to:
• Operate and maintain the App
• Enable immersive theatrical experiences
• Monitor performance and stability
• Improve features and content
• Comply with legal obligations

StagePlay does not use personal data for advertising or marketing.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be shared only:
• With Apple, as part of Apple App Analytics
• If required by law or legal process
• In connection with a business transaction involving Scene Partners LLC

4. Third-Party Services

StagePlay relies on Apple-provided services (including analytics and distribution). Apple’s use of data is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies.

StagePlay does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or external analytics platforms.

5. Data Retention

Any information collected is retained only for as long as necessary to:
• Maintain and improve the App
• Meet legal or compliance requirements

Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

6. Children’s Privacy

StagePlay is rated 4+ and is designed to be family-friendly.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe information has been collected unintentionally, please contact us and we will promptly address the issue.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. While no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we strive to protect all data handled by the App.

8. International Users

If you use the App outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where Apple or our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Effective Date.” Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
